2 v 2 ca!

I believe its time to have a 2 v 2 ca 1 day tournament this sunday. The competition would be good as it might get lower skilled players a chance to take part in a game type that they enjoy, as well as learn off the better players how to improve.

Rules
No cap on number of teams.
Bo3/bo1 (depending on number of teams)
single elimintation
Server will be that which gives the smallest difference of total team ping, even if this means that 1 player has over 100 ping. ie team 1 has 60 60, team 2 has 10 110.

Map pool would be
arena of death
hells gate
hells gate redux
forgotten place
house of pain (or would it be almost lost? im not sure on the comp maps.. eek)

So thats my Plans! obviously i made these up in 5 minutes so theres bound to be alot of mistakes etc so sorry.

i would have preferred you contacted me about this rather then trying to take matters into your own hands. 2v2 ca was ran as a season and it was average tbh

well i tried, but u werent on fb, msn etc so i just did it myself cause there was no matches on in perth or adelaide

well, if its a 1 day'er, why not, i wouldn't mind. it'd be fairly quick too, even with bo3 single elim, whole tourney may take, what, 1 hour? from last 2v2 ca comp, maps last 4ish mins.

ya, absolute maximum, a game may take 20 mins (bo3) and the tdm matches all last 20 mins and that ran well.

I'd be keen and I know some one who would play with me for sure, but like Mick said; maybe work out something a bit more structured, it's all fine and dandy that you want to do it Sunday ... But Sunday at what time?
