There seems to be a lot of interest for this.

So, show your interest here, and throw out ideas, and i guess if theres enough, we can ask Mick to make it an official thing. Might even be able to get the games shoutcasted, who knows? At the very least, it'll be some awesome games to watch/spec, and would probably give the relatively newer guys some valuable experience.

also mention which day of the week you're keen for.

btw, what days would people be interested in playing?

last time we tried for a tuesday nights vq3 ctf, and it failed after 1 week.

i reckon try for wednesday or thursday. or maybe wednesday = tdm, thursday = ctf. after organising it, we just have to stick to it. i'm hoping some minor promotion by 4sg will help make it a regular thing.

tues/weds/thurs ftw. there the nites no one makes plans, people do normal shit and get regualr sleeping patterns, people go to work/school all week about 7/8pm onwards?? - 9/10/11ish

What's wrong with Monday and Tuesday?

I can't make Wednesday's until my soccer season is over (4 or 5 weeks away), and I generally hit up the shops on Thursday nights.

fri and sat are out, no ones around
lets leave out thursday too i guess, lots of people go shopping.
sundays people have games and wars, including future 4sg team stuff.

that leaves mon/tues/wed as viable, long term, regular pug nights (imo).

personally, i cant do tuesday, but should be able to do mon and wednesday.

All it really takes is for people to be around on IRC...

To be honest, you don't even really need a bot. Just start a server with a password and announce the details in #4sg

for the record, if we go by numbers that showed up this week, wednesday seems to be the best option. without any real promotion, we had 12-14 players at start of pug, and with people coming and going, it was probably around 16-20.

wanna try setting it for wednesday?

actually, lets try next week too, then we can start promoting and stuff :O

(btw, has anyone talked to mick about getting the weekly pug promoted to front page news or irc channel etc etc?)

PS we've had a lot of pugs over past week :O Had dans game on thursday, nothing on friday, pug on saturday, tdm pug on sunday, pug on monday, not sure about tuesday, pug on wednesday (nearly enoguh for two pugs).

Yeah, the last 2 weeks have been really amazing for team games.

Had some great 2v2's with: maxxx,rayman,w3ak,haymo,maynz,diabz,unholee and fabian mcgee. Looking forward to many more games :>

I could prob come along on CTF pug pretty much any day of the week.

There should be 2 pugs tho, lower skilled players and higher skilled players.
